KSL NewsRadio's Doug Wright and Steve Salles review The Star. This movie is about a small but brave donkey named Bo yearns for a life beyond his daily grind at the village mill. One day he finds the courage to break free, and finally goes on the adventure of his dreams. On his journey, he teams up with Ruth, a loveable sheep who has lost herflock and Dave, a dove with lofty aspirations. Along with three wisecracking camels and some eccentric stable animals, Bo and his new friends follow the Star and become accidental heroes in the greatest story ever told - the first Christmas.

In addition, they review Jane. This is a movie about Jane Goodall, a young and untrained woman, challenges the male dominated scientific consensus of her time with her chimpanzee research and revolutionizes people's understanding of the natural world.

Doug and Steve also talk to Virginia Pearce of the Utah Film Commission. She speaks to the duo about sexual assault in Hollywood, how the Commission is bolstering their rules to protect people, and updates everyone about what films are shooting in Utah.

Thor's quest for survival leads him in a race against time to prevent the all-powerful Hela from destroying his home world and the Asgardian civilization.

They Review The Killing of a Sacred Deer about Dr. Steven Murphy, who is a renowned cardiovascular surgeon who presides over a spotless household with his wife and two children. Lurking at the margins of his idyllic suburban existence is Martin, a fatherless teen who insinuates himself into the doctor's life in gradually unsettling ways. Soon, the full scope of Martin's intent becomes menacingly clear when he confronts Steven with a long-forgotten transgression that will shatter his domestic bliss forever.

They review LBJ about Lyndon Johnson who goes from being a powerful Senate majority leader to a powerless vice president before he becomes the president of the United States following the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

As if creating the perfect holiday for their families isn't hard enough, they'll have to do it while hosting and entertaining their own respective mothers when they come to visit.

Doug and Steve also talk with Lee Groberg, a local film maker who talks about his new movie Joseph Smith: American Prophet, a film docudrama that will be aired on the PBS affiliate KBYU.
